How to manage or cancel Deal Radar notifications
Deal Radar is not a recurring subscription you cancel — the free tier has no charge, and Early Access is a one-time unlock, not a monthly bill. What you manage instead is which categories and ZIPs you're watching and whether email notices are on. Both live on Account → Saved searches, and both change with one click — no ticket needed.
Where do I manage my Deal Radar settings?
Go to Account → Saved searches. The Deal Radar notifications panel there shows your current tier, your watched categories, your metro ZIPs, and whether email notices are on.
How do I stop watching a category?
Uncheck it in the Category news list, then select Save categories. Unchecked categories stop generating alerts for you immediately.
How do I stop email notices without losing my watches?
Select Pause email notices. That turns off email delivery only — your saved categories and ZIPs stay in place, and matches still appear in your in-account alert history.
What if I signed up for Early Access?
Early Access is a one-time upgrade (Stripe sandbox), not a recurring plan, so there is no monthly charge to cancel. It unlocks real-time alerts and full alert history on top of the same category and ZIP controls.
Questions
Is Deal Radar a subscription I get billed for every month?
- No. The free tier costs nothing, and Early Access is a one-time unlock, not a recurring charge.
Does pausing email delete my saved categories?
- No. Pausing email notices only stops delivery — your category and ZIP watches keep matching and saving to your alert history.
Can I remove every category at once?
- Uncheck each category and select Save categories. There's no separate bulk-remove control today.
