How to reserve your dock pickup window
Warehouse wins do not get a pickup pass automatically. Pay the invoice in full, open it from Account → Invoices, and a Pickup window panel appears with the open dock slots. Pick one and select Reserve dock slot — that mints a pickup pass with your window on it. Estate and yard buyers do not book a slot; they wait at the front during the sale's posted pickup days instead.
Where does the reservation panel show up?
Open Account → Invoices, then click into the specific invoice at its /i/ link. Once that invoice shows a $0 remaining balance, a "Pickup window" panel appears below it with a list of dock slots and their remaining seats.
How do I pick a slot?
Select a radio button next to one of the listed windows, then select Reserve dock slot. The button stays disabled until both the invoice is paid and a slot is selected.
What happens after I reserve?
The page confirms the slot is reserved and links to Open pickup pass. That pass page shows a QR code and your window — show it at the dock and staff scan the tag.
Does every purchase need a reservation?
No — only warehouse lots use dock windows. Estate and yard wins stay at the sale address; you wait at the front staging table during the posted pickup days instead of booking a slot.
Questions
Why don't I see a Pickup window panel on my invoice?
- It only appears once the invoice is paid in full. If a balance remains, pay it first from Account → Invoices.
Can I change my slot after reserving?
- The panel does not offer a self-service change — contact support if your reserved window no longer works.
Where do I find my pass again later?
- Account → Pickup lists every pass you've reserved, each linking to its /pickup/ pass page with the QR code.
