House of Bid

House of Bid catalogs and EstateSales.NET listings

EstateSales.NET is a listing board. Families can post a few sales a year for a listing fee, but that site does not run the bidding software. House of Bid houses the estate on a clock: you commit to the auction, bidders bid, and what sells, sells. We do not scrape their catalogs. Bid here only when the lot is housed.

What is on House of Bid?

Photographed lots with start bids, a paddle, a clock, and pickup after settle. Register and explore without waiting for seller approval. Our estate stills and the family launch path live on /around. Live catalogs are on Explore and /estates. Listing boards advertise the sale. We house it and run the clock so the week is shorter.

Do you list EstateSales.NET, HiBid, or Proxibid sales here?

No. Those boards are not a House of Bid directory. We do not scrape login, copy their photos into our lots, or auto-post sales to their sites. Bid here when the lot is housed. Company listings live on /companies after our own review — not a scrape of their /companies roster.

How does a family sale start?

Photograph the rooms, post the estate on Sell, then launch the clock when enough people are watching. Event is $199 once. If you do not want to run the house, hire a company on Companies. Posting on a listing board is a different product — it does not start a House of Bid catalog.

Do listing boards include bidding software?

No. A listing fee for a few posts a year is a directory product. House of Bid is the bidding structure: start bids, host minimums below typical sold low, leftover buy-now, and optional preview buy-now. You commit to that clock. What sells, sells.

Questions

Can I bid EstateSales.NET walk-throughs on House of Bid?

No. Only housed catalogs on Explore, Estates, and the sale pages take a paddle here.

Do you post my estate to EstateSales.NET?

Not in this pass. Posting to third-party boards stays a later ops path if their terms allow it.

Why would I pay House of Bid instead of a listing board?

The listing board posts the sale. We house it and run the clock. Event is $199 once for the family stack — catalog, paddle, leftover buy-now — not a handful of directory posts.
