Field workflow

Proposed sequence for SD Surplus warehouse intake. Confirm with the founder before treating this as her production workflow.

1. Scan or select Cart A / Cart B (or create one) before any photo.
2. Capture stills, condition, quantity, barcode, and a draft title on that cart.
3. Print Avery 5160 or 2×2 QR stickers from the ops label sheet — reprint stays audited.
4. Move the cart to photo station, aisle, or sold/pickup bay with scan-out, not re-typing.
5. Publish tagged items to a sale only after the cart path is intact.

Founder discovery

1. How do carts leave the receiving door — Cart A/B, pallets, or both?
2. Where is the photo station relative to the carts?
3. Do you print Avery sheets or 2×2 QR stickers today?
4. Who writes a start bid — on the cart, at the photo table, or later at a desk?
5. When a lot sells, does the cart go to a sold bay or stay in the aisle?
6. Pickup: buyer walks the sold bay, or staff pulls from a labeled cart?
